Community: Pregnancy & Motherhood
Pregnancy changes month by month. Each trimester brings new symptoms, new questions, and new anxieties. ACOG notes that pregnancy is commonly divided into three trimesters, each with different stages of fetal growth and maternal changes. Some discomforts may be common, but that does not mean every symptom should be ignored. Mothers should feel comfortable asking about: Nausea and vomiting Back pain Swelling Baby movements Sleep difficulty Mood changes Diet doubts Warning signs Delivery preparation No question is “silly” during pregnancy. A confident mother is not someone who knows everything. She is someone who has access to the right support at the right time.
