It is one of the common causes of female infertility, but it can also affect long-term metabolic health. Many women are told casually, “It is just PCOS,” but for the person living with it, it can affect confidence, mood, body image, marriage conversations, fertility planning, and daily energy. PCOS care should not be only about losing weight or taking tablets. It should include: Cycle regularity Skin and hair concerns Metabolic health Fertility goals Emotional wellbeing Sustainable lifestyle support PCOS is manageable.
